  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealPeep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

  1. Description of Service

RealPeep is a subscription-based SaaS platform for real estate professionals to track transactions, finances, prospecting activity, and business performance. RealPeep is not a CRM and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RealPeep.

  1. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity occurring under your account, and using the platform lawfully and professionally.

  1. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds for unused time. Prices may change with advance notice. Payments are processed through Stripe.

  1. Data Ownership

You own all data you input into RealPeep. RealPeep owns all platform software, code, branding, design, and intellectual property. You grant RealPeep a limited license to process your data solely to operate and improve the service.

  1. Third-Party Integrations

RealPeep integrates with third-party services such as Stripe and Plaid. Only the minimum required data is shared. RealPeep is not responsible for third-party services.

  1. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

RealPeep is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

  1. Limitation of Liability

RealPeep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
